This is not a conference. It is a standard.

Calgary invests in mid-level leadership and connects sitting CEOs to each other. Leaders 1–2 levels from the C-Suite — the ones replacing them in the next decade — navigate that transition alone. Champions Summit fills that gap.

The Leaders You'll Spend Two Days With

Every voice in the room earned their seat. Here are a few of them.

THE FORMAT

What You'll Experience

Champions Summit isn't a conference. It's a working session with the leaders you're working to become.

CEO Fireside Conversations

You'll sit ten feet from sitting CEOs as they unpack the decisions, failures, and inflection points that shaped their path. No PR filter. No rehearsed answers. Just the conversations they only have with people they trust.

Diary of a COO + CFO Panels

You'll hear from the operators behind the scenes — the people who turn vision into execution — as they break down the trade-offs, missteps, and frameworks that moved the needle.

Mentor Café

You'll sit across from senior executives in small-group conversations designed for the questions you can't ask in a meeting at your own company.

The Room Itself

You'll spend two days with 149 other current and rising executives wrestling with the same questions you are — and many of them will be in your network long after the event ends.
